The new chamber and visitors bureau is also supposed to go in this location. Location hasn't been announced yet, but it looks like they use a fairly good bit of retail floorspace in their existing stores. . Currently have stores in KC metro, Council Bluffs and Sioux City. A crew was there around the first of the month pouring footings and floors, haven’t heard anything about what’s going in? Also, I can't see if its protected but it looks like this will include Omaha's first two-way cycle track! Excited for more details on the whole project. Includes 32 golf bays, 18-hole outdoor putting course, arcade, bar/restaurant and outdoor pickleball courts.
